Delivery Service Provider: We exclusively utilize Postex courier service for all our deliveries. This ensures consistent service quality and reliable handling of your parcels.

Delivery Charges: At Bababoota, we believe in transparency. Hence, we have fixed delivery charges for all orders, and no additional external charges will be applied. The delivery charges are as follows:

  • Within Lahore: 220/-PKR (Parcel Weight less than 1 KG)
  • Major Cities: 300/-PKR (Parcel Weight less than 1 KG)
  • Within Lahore: 300/PKR (Parcel weight 1KG to 10KG)
  • Major Cities: 350/PKR (Parcel weight 1KG to 10KG)

Delivery Timeframe: We understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly. Bababoota aims to dispatch and deliver your parcels within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on factors such as location and unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we are committed to minimizing any delays and ensuring timely delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can easily track your parcel on the Postex website or through their mobile app.

Shipping Restrictions: While we strive to deliver to as many locations as possible, there may be certain remote areas or regions where delivery services are limited. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and explore alternative shipping options if available.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We do not take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
